Once a month, a gentle nature practice will be shared with members for free!

Founded on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung land and delivered across the traditional lands of First Nations peoples across Australia. We pay our respects to all Elders past, present and emerging. We recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples deep and continuous connection to land, waters, sky and culture.

We walk, live and work with respect on their land and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been seeded.
